Phil Mercer has been appointed as the new MD of XL Video's busy Los Angeles office.

The company was engaged as a full service provider for both the formula one racing from the 10th to the 12th July at the Nürburgring and for the motorbike grand prix at the Sachsenring from the 17th to the 19th July.
